When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped through Pudo Lockers by The Courier Guy.
Delivery takes up to 5 business working days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Returns & Refunds
Because candles are handmade and custom-poured, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Can I add my own label or brand?
Absolutely. We provide private labeling and branded candles for events, businesses, and gifts.
Do you make bulk or wholesale candles?
Yes! We offer bulk orders for events, shops, and organizations at discounted rates.
Are your candles safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Soy wax is non-toxic and burns cleaner with less soot. Still, we recommend keeping all candles out of reach of pets and children.
